Disney World After Dark

I live in a prison I made all alone

It’s fortress is strong but not made of stone

nor made of wood, or steel even brick

but I promise you, friend, there’s nothing as thick

as the  impenetrable walls I see on all sides

They surround and protect me you can’t see my insides

The prison is magical and serves as illusion

But I’m finding it bringing more pain and confusion

I promise, I never even knew it existed

because I am infiltrated my mind has resisted

and been very hush about the whole situation

it’s like I’ve been on a life-long vacation

to Disney World, On Christmas Day, after dark.
